Objectives:

Make the students practice with the future tense and the conditional sentences.

Make the students aware of the possibilities they have if they work hard

Make the students reflect on what they want to be and what they have to do to get it.

Methodology:

Collaborative activity .First, they have to reflect on the activities, then  put it in common in pairs and then in the group of four.

Activities:

1º Wordle: After having done the exercises, they have to create a word cloud using the WORDLE tool following the example. Once they have the word cloud they have to try to re-construct the text. In their text they have to include some places in Ireland.
 
2º Let's practice grammar! We have learned how to make condicional sentences. In this second activity you have to create a quiz so as your classmantes can revise their knowledge. You are  going to work with the tool EDUCAPLAY

 Dear families!

Welcome to the new Blog of the English Department!

The aim of this blog is that of giving my students the oportunity of dealing with the English Language from a  different point of view. This project can be explained through its own objectives.

As far as parents are concerned, my purpose is double. On the one hand, I want to give you the opportunity of following your children's progress in terms of the second language. On the other hand, I want to introduce you one of the most interesting and less known countries where English is spoken as an official language, Ireland.

Dealing with my students, I want to give them a different approach to the language, far from the closed environment of the classroom and in my opinion, closer to their own interests. Together, we are going to create a common space where we will be able to share our experiences about Irish culture, its history, traditions, legends, gastronomy, tourist places, music, literature, etc

I hope, all of us will enjoy this new experience!

Queridas familias,
¡Bienvenidos al nuevo Blog del Área de Inglés! El propósito de este blog es el de proporcionar a los alumnos la oportunidad de tratar la Lengua Inglesa desde un punto de vista diferente. Este proyecto se puede explicar a través de sus objetivos.
En cuanto a los padres, mi propósito es doble. Por un lado pretendo darles la oportunidad de seguir el progreso de vuestros hijos en su  aprendizaje de la segunda lengua. Por otro lado, me gustaría presentaros uno de los países de habla inglesa, más interesantes y  en mi opinión menos conocidos, Irlanda.
En cuanto a mis alumnos, quiero proporcionarles un nuevo enfoque de la Lengua Inglesa, lejos de  los espacios cerrados del aula, y en mi opinión mucho más cercano a sus propios intereses. Juntos vamos a crear un espacio común donde podremos compartir nuestros trabajos sobre la cultura Irlandesa, su historia, sus tradiciones, leyendas, gastronomía, lugares emblemáticos, música, literatura, etc.
¡Espero que todos disfrutemos con esta nueva experiencia!
